Lucy Dyes third single 'PARANOIA' from the debut EP "SHADOW WORK" is about confronting your fears, learning to unlearn, and dancing to set yourself free. After experiencing sexual and mental abuse, Lucy Dye is now ready to talk about her trauma that came with it. "I hated myself for being paranoid when walking down dark streets on my own, or taking the taxi home alone at night. I needed time to understand that this paranoia is a part of me now, and that breathing through it, talking about it, screaming and moving help me soothe my body and mind. The feeling of anxiety is powerful but so am I!"
An exposing and honest intimacy in her voice is accompanied by wobbling sub bass and haunting glitch sounds, creating a feeling that is both spooky and powerful.
Distorted drums, edgy guitars and hallucinating synths melt together in a dynamic build up that will leave the listener in eurphoria.
